Account Settings

Manage your personal account information, credentials, and profile details in Ziddny.

The Account Settings page allows you to manage your personal profile, including your display name, email, and password.
This section is specific to your Ziddny user account, not to your team. Any updates here affect your personal login and identity across all teams you are part of.

Edit Profile

In the Edit Profile section, you can view and update your display name that appears across your Ziddny workspace and within your teams.

To change your name:

Enter your new name in the Name field.
Click Save Changes to apply the update.

Note

Your profile initials and email are displayed here as well, but your initials are automatically generated from your name.

Change Email

You can update your email address from the Change Email section on the right side of the page.

Enter your new email address.
Click Update Email.
You may receive a verification message to confirm your new email.

Important

You can only change your email if you originally signed up using an email and password.
If you signed up using a social provider (like Google), your email is managed by that provider and cannot be modified in Ziddny.

Change Password

If you registered using your email and password, you can also change your password at any time.

To change your password:

Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Confirm the new password in the final field.
Click Update Password to save your changes.

Note

🔐 Users who signed up using Google or another social login provider cannot change their password from this page.
In that case, your credentials are securely managed by the provider.

If you signed up through a social provider such as Google, the following applies:

Your email is linked to your provider account.
You cannot change your email or password within Ziddny.
You can still edit your display name, which affects how your name appears to your team members.
