Assistant Quick Start

In Ziddny, an Assistant is a conversational AI agent that can interact with users either through 3D avatars or voice-only experiences. Each Assistant can be customized to match your brand, personality, and communication goals.

What is an Assistant?

An Assistant in Ziddny represents a virtual agent powered by AI.
You can design it to:

• Communicate naturally with users via voice or 3D avatar
• Respond intelligently using your chosen prompt and model
• Reflect your brand's tone, appearance, and voice
• Be shared and embedded to interact with your audience in real time

Creating a New Assistant

Step 1: Access the Assistants Page

1. In the left sidebar, click Assistants.
2. You'll see a list of your team's existing assistants.
3. Click Add New in the top-right corner to create a new one.

Step 2: Enter Basic Details

When prompted:

• Name – Give your assistant a descriptive name (e.g., "Lina," "Support Guide," "Storyteller")
• Description – Add a short summary of what this assistant does or who it's for

Click Create to continue.

• Prompt – Define how your Assistant should behave and communicate
