Creating Your Account

Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page

1. Navigate to app.ziddny.com
2. Click on "Sign Up" button
3. You'll be directed to the registration form

Step 2: Fill in Your Information

Provide the following details:

• Email Address: Use a valid business email address
• Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Step 3: Verify Your Email

1. Check your email inbox for a verification message from Ziddny
2. Click the verification link in the email
3. You'll be redirected to complete your account setup

Logging In

Standard Login

1. Go to app.ziddny.com
2. Click "Login"
3. Enter your email and password
4. Click "Sign In"

Forgot Password?

If you forget your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Common Issues

Email not verified

• Check your spam folder for the verification email
• Request a new verification email from the login page

Account locked

• Contact your team administrator
• Or reach out to support@ziddny.com
