Metrics
Monitor and analyze your assistants’ performance and user sessions in Ziddny.
The Metrics page allows you to view performance insights and analyze how your assistants are being used over time. It gives you a comprehensive overview of your assistants’ activity, including session volume, duration, and message counts — helping you understand engagement and performance.
Stats Overview

At the top of the Metrics page, you’ll see overall statistics for all assistants in your team, including:
- Sessions – The total number of assistant sessions started by users.
- Minutes – The cumulative duration of all voice interactions.
- Messages – The total number of messages exchanged with assistants.
You can adjust the filters to refine the data view:
- Assistant Filter – Choose a specific assistant to see metrics for that assistant only.
- Date Range – Select between Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days to analyze recent or long-term activity trends.
Below these metrics, you’ll find charts that visualize:
- The number of sessions per day.
- The total minutes spent in interactions.
- The total number of messages exchanged.
These charts make it easy to identify usage spikes, user engagement trends, and high-activity days.
Viewing Chat Logs

In the Logs tab, you can explore detailed session information and user-level insights.
You can:
- Filter by Assistant – View sessions for a specific assistant.
- Search by Session ID – Look up a particular conversation by its unique session identifier.
- Search by Username – If you created private links in the Share tab, each link is associated with a specific username. You can use that username to locate that user’s sessions.
- For public links, no username is stored, since the sessions are anonymous.
- Search by Extracted Data – If your assistant’s Analysis tab includes extracted data fields (e.g., name, age, feedback, role), you can search by these attributes.
The Logs table also includes detailed columns for:
- Session Start Time – When the interaction began.
- Session Duration – How long the conversation lasted.
- Number of Queries – How many user messages were exchanged.
- Billable Minutes – The total chargeable time for voice sessions.
You can sort the logs by any of these metrics to quickly analyze high-activity sessions or find relevant records.
Connecting Metrics with Analysis
If you’ve enabled Analysis in your assistant configuration, the extracted data and post-session insights (like feedback, conversion score, or summary notes) will appear alongside the logs.
This gives you a structured way to review conversation outcomes and understand how your assistant performs across different user segments.
