You can switch plans at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments are handled automatically.

Included Minutes

Each plan includes a set number of usage minutes per month:

Minutes represent total active interaction time across all assistants under your team.

Ziddny bills by the minute, but very short interactions (6 seconds) are not counted or billed. Minutes round up only after this grace period.

What is a Point?

A point is a semantic chunk of text (about 1,024 tokens). The more points you have, the more or larger knowledge sources you can store and analyze.
