Subscription & Billing
Manage your Ziddny subscription plan, billing details, and usage limits securely.
The Subscription page lets you manage your current Ziddny plan, monitor your usage, and securely update billing information through Stripe, our trusted payment partner.
From this page, you can view your plan details, adjust your billing preferences, and track how much of your plan’s resources you have used.
Billing Management
At the top of the page, you’ll find two key controls:
- Manage Billing – Redirects you to the secure Stripe portal, where you can manage your payment methods, billing address, and view past invoices.
- Change Plan – Opens the plan selection screen, allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or switch between available Ziddny subscription tiers.
Stripe handles all sensitive payment information directly, ensuring full compliance and security.

Current Plan Overview
This section summarizes your active subscription:
- Plan Name – The name of your current plan (e.g., Engage Plan).
- Next Billing Date – The upcoming renewal date.
- Billing Period – Shows whether your plan renews (only monthly for now).
- Next Payment – Displays the amount due for the next billing cycle.
- Status – Indicates whether your plan is currently Active or Paused.
Usage-Based Billing
If your plan supports it (e.g., Engage, Scale, or Custom), you can toggle Usage-Based Billing on or off.
When enabled:
- You can continue using Ziddny even after reaching your included minute limits.
- Any extra minutes are billed automatically at your plan’s overage rate.
When disabled:
- Your usage stops once you reach your included limits until the next billing cycle.
Note
Usage-based billing is not available on Free or Launch plans.
Use With Care
Enabling usage-based billing may result in additional charges if your team exceeds your included limits.
Monitor your usage regularly to avoid unexpected overage fees.
Plan Limits & Usage
The Plan Limits & Usage section provides a real-time overview of your plan resources. You can see:
- Minutes Used – Total conversation or interaction time consumed.
- Assistants – Number of assistants you’ve created.
- Knowledge Sources – Count of active knowledge sources attached to your assistants.
- Stored Points – The number of points representing stored knowledge data.
- Processed Points – The number of knowledge points processed within your billing cycle.
Each category displays both your current usage and your total allowance, helping you stay within your limits.
Keep Your Billing Information Updated
To avoid service interruptions, always ensure your billing information and payment method are up to date.
If a payment fails or your card expires, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Managing Plan Changes
To change your subscription plan:
- Click Change Plan at the top of the page.
- Review available plan options and their limits.
- Select your preferred plan and confirm the change.
Your new plan will take effect immediately, and Stripe will automatically adjust billing based on the new rate.
Refunds & Downgrades
Ziddny does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle if you downgrade your plan.
If you downgrade, any remaining unused balance on your higher plan will be automatically applied as credit toward your next billing cycles until it is used up.
Security & Privacy
All billing operations are processed through Stripe, ensuring full data protection and PCI compliance.
Ziddny does not store or access your card or payment details directly.
